Industrail Galvanizers but once you do, you can't weld to it anymore unless you grind it all off. In Tuff's case it will probably never be welded to. My 8 had it done.

Had to change-out rear axle so it would roll. Old dana-20 brakes had rusted so bad on pass-side. The old tub will be up for sale as soon as i'm through with it. I wanted to paint it a medium dark blue w/bright yellow top and blue & yellow interior but wife said no. It will still have a blue body w/either silver or white top w/blue & silver interior. I so plan to get frame blasted and galvanized after the new brackets and mounts have been completed. Dana-44 front & rears will be cleaned-up and painted before reinstalled.

Let me know if you need anything and let me know what you want for the tub. Have you ordered your top yet from Matt? I am going to order one too, if you haven't, you want to see if we can get a deal on shipping through him. Not sure if he will since they are probably packaged separately

Dan, where did you have your frame blasted ? No, I have'nt ordered my tub or top yet. I'm willing to try to get a deal on the top from Matt when your ready !
I can order my top anytime, so if you want, talk to Matt and let me know !!! I'll probably be ordering my new tub sometime in the next two weeks. As for the old tub, Lets Talk About-It !!!!! Tuffmc Cell: 409-718-7088

Yesterday I brought the Pro-Comp aluminum heads & Manley Pro-Flow valves to ROD's for a 3-angle valve job and assembly. Will show pic's when I get them back.
